Your Body Talk Session
It is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing.
You may be asked to remove metal jewelry and accessories during your session.
During Your Session
During a Body Talk session, the practitioner will ask questions of the client’s body to find out the areas of priorities that need to be addressed. The client will lie down comfortably on a treatment table while the practitioner will muscle check (a type of neuromuscular feedback) or/ gently pull on the client’s wrist. During this process, a certified practitioner will ask the client’s innate wisdom specific yes/no questions silently while navigating through the standard protocol charts.
Information is gathered during this communication period and formulas will be generated based on priority areas of the client. Every session is unique and specifically tailored to the individual.
A light tapping technique is used on the head to help the brain balance and restore communication within the body. This is followed by a light tapping on the heart to help the body store this memory and change. In addition, hand placements and sticky notes are often used over specific regions of the body to highlight the areas of focus for balancing.
Once the client’s body has received all the balancing it can handle for a session, it will guide the practitioner to end the session. Body Talk sessions will generally last anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes. The length of a Body Talk session is NOT indicative of the quality or the results that can occur of the session. Once the balancing has been made, the client’s body can initiate its own healing processes.
Body Talk is cumulative and every formula or circuit that is corrected builds on the one before. The number of Body Talk sessions for a client will vary based on all the circumstances surrounding the general health of the individual. Generally, clients can start noticing significant improvements within 3-5 sessions.
Future sessions are important for several reasons:
1. Continue addressing the specific issues that came up as a priority during the session that just ended,
2. To address other issues of the client,
3. For general maintenance.

After Your Session
Your body will be processing the information that was just gathered and balanced. Some people may feel more energized while others may feel deeply relaxed after a session. Energy work may release a lot of toxins from your body. It is strongly recommended that you drink plenty of water to flush out your system to support your body in its healing.
Your body knows how to heal itself, it just needs to remember how.
